What this site does
This website presents our collection and invites enquiries. It does not sell goods online. No order can be placed and no contract of sale is concluded through this website. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance; anything shown is an invitation to contact us.
Any sale that follows an enquiry is agreed separately and directly with us, on terms provided at that time — including price, availability, delivery, and your cancellation and return rights where they apply.
Descriptions and images
We take care to describe pieces accurately, but images are illustrative. Colour varies between screens, and natural materials vary between pieces. Nothing on this site forms a contractual description of goods.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, design, and the AME: KOLCZname and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation;
- submit enquiries automatically, in bulk, or for unsolicited marketing;
- collect data from the site by automated means without our permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Our liability
We provide this site "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it, and for any loss of profit, business, or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
