Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data you send through this website. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is AME: KOLCZ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17211616, with its registered office at 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contactkolczltd@inbox.eu.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this site:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the type of enquiry you select;
- the message you write.
We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, payment details, identity documents, or any special category data. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not use tracking or advertising technologies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal bases are your consent, given by ticking the box when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Where it goes, and what is stored
Your enquiry is delivered to us as an email. It is not saved in a database on this website, and this website keeps no record of it after sending.
To deliver that email we use a transactional email provider acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Your enquiry then sits in our mailbox like any other email correspondence.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, that transfer is covered by the safeguards permitted under data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who else sees it
Nobody, apart from the people at AME: KOLCZ handling your enquiry and the email provider that delivers it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. We disclose data only where the law requires it.
Automated decisions
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with your data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email kolczltd@inbox.eu. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are in the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. See ourCookie Policy for the detail.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to affected individuals where we can reach them.
